The promise of 'providing every comfort a guest could expect' is wonderfully fulfilled with a stay at Prawles Court. Your hosts Rob and Candida Machin have created an outstandingly elegant and comfortable home surrounded by 27 acres of gardens and grounds, ideally located on the Kent and Sussex border.

Elizabethan in origin, Prawles Court was later extended in the Arts and Craft style by Nathaniel Lloyd and his admiration for Lutyens’ designs is highlighted in the airy rooms and decorative brickwork and windows. Inglenook fireplaces and oak panelling in the beamed drawing room and dining room combine to create an intimate atmosphere to relax in, whilst on warm days the Orangery and gardens, with their wonderful views across the surrounding countryside, are the perfect places to enjoy afternoon tea.
